You need not trouble yourself about getting around in Thailand because the country has a fairly developed transport system. When it comes to air flights, there are enough domestic airlines available. The first option is the cheapest way to move across the country, but is also the slowest. The reason for this is that the buses stop in every little town and pick up passengers along the road at any point. The air-conditioned buses, on the other hand, are faster and more comfortable, but the route they take is less than the ordinary buses.

As for the train, the State Railway of Thailand offer transport services throughout the country. This means that you can go to any province without getting caught in heavy traffic in towns during rush hours. Train tickets can be bought and booked in advance on all train stations. If you want to make the most of your trip, however, you can hire a car or a van to get to your destinations right away. Vehicle rentals range from 2,000 to 3,000 Baht a day. You can get one by talking to the rental company directly or by arranging with your travel agent.
